About the role
Health and Beauty associates are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
Pay
- Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds required minimum wage for the job location)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay: $0.35 – $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply)
