Health and Beauty associates focus on two primary tasks: caring for customers and creating engaging merchandising displays.
Additional Compensation
Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances, such as different schedules, facilities, seasons, or types of work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
