About the role
As Health and Safety Advisor for the North, you'll provide expert H&S advice and assurance across their social housing operations. You'll support managers to manage risk effectively, deliver safety training programmes, conduct audits, investigate accidents, and drive safety culture improvement.

Requirements
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Deep understanding of current UK H&S legislative and regulatory requirements
- Experience of internal auditing in H&S
- Experience applying H&S legislation and risk management in housing, local authority, healthcare, education or public sector
- Proven ability to provide practical H&S advice to operational managers in a customer-facing setting
- Driven, inquisitive, accountable, open and honest – taking ownership to ensure best outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills
Qualifications

Pay and Schedule
Permanent, 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm
Schedule
Hybrid with travel to schemes and offices as required. North-based (Bradford/Burnley/Stockton offices)

- Stage 1 – Teams interview with hiring manager
