Responsibilities
- Leading individual and small-group exercise sessions
- Tracking client progress and results
- Scheduling appointments and managing accounts for existing clients
- Following up on inbound leads
- Sharing the unique benefits of our program with prospective clients
- Completing sales of monthly memberships or session packages
- Keeping the studio up to our high standards of cleanliness
Requirements
- People-oriented, energetic and passionate about good health
- Willing to learn and motivated to grow with the business
- Prior training experience is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of nutrition, physiology, fitness instruction, or experience with sales and customer service are preferred
Qualifications
- Flexible availability, but must be available at least two Saturday mornings (7am-1pm) per month, and some early mornings starting at 6am
- Candidates with the ability to work at other locations of The Exercise Coach are also preferred
Skills
- Customized physical conditioning programs
- The use of proprietary technology
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
