We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Our Human Capital practice is adding an Actuarial Senior Manager..." then "Work you'll do" then bullet list of responsibilities. Then "A successful candidate would possess these skills:" list of skills. Then "The Team Insights, Innovation, and Operate" description. Then "Qualifications Required:" list. Then "Preferred:" list. Then wage range info. Also mention recruiting ends date. Also mention travel requirement. Also mention limited immigration sponsorship. Also mention discretionary annual incentive program. We need headings:

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing role. Could be "About the role". Use

About the role

then

with description. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "Work you'll do" bullet points. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • each. - Skills: list from "A successful candidate would possess these skills:" Use

    Skills

    then
. - Qualifications: maybe combine Required and Preferred? Could have

      Qualifications

with sub? But we can separate Required and Preferred as maybe two subsections? The instruction says use headings for section headings like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have Qualifications heading and inside we can list required and preferred as paragraphs or lists. Could also have separate headings for Required and Preferred? Not in list but could be okay but better to follow given headings. We'll put Qualifications heading and inside we can have two

      or

with labels. - Pay: we have wage range info. So

        Pay

        then

with range and note about incentive. - Benefits: not explicitly listed besides discretionary annual incentive program (maybe considered benefit). Also maybe travel requirement? Not benefit. Could include Benefits heading if we have content: discretionary annual incentive program. Also maybe immigration sponsorship? That's not benefit. We'll include Benefits heading with that info. - Schedule: travel 50% maybe considered schedule? Could be Schedule heading with travel expectation. Or we could omit Schedule if not explicit. The posting says "Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve." That's schedule/travel. So we can include Schedule heading. - Also include recruiting end date maybe as metadata in a short

after heading? Could be placed under About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short

with "Recruiting for this role ends on 9/30/2026." maybe after About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Actuarial Senior Manager. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's craft HTML. Structure:

        Pay

The wage range for this role is estimated at $180,200 to $355,100. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

        Benefits

Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program (as noted above).

        Schedule

Expected travel commitment: approximately 50% of time, based on client and project needs.

Recruiting for this role ends on 9/30/2026.

We need to ensure we didn't repeat content unnecessarily. The "About the role" paragraph includes some responsibilities; we also listed responsibilities separately. That's okay but might duplicate. However we must preserve all substantive information; duplication is okay but maybe we can avoid duplication by moving the introductory sentence to About the role and not repeat responsibilities there. The About the role currently includes a sentence "You will be responsible for delivering strategic and technical consulting services to help clients address complex challenges, such as:" then we list responsibilities. That's okay; we keep that sentence in About the role and then list responsibilities. That's fine. Check for any missing info: The Team description: we included. The "Work you'll do" we captured responsibilities. The "A successful candidate would possess these skills:" captured. The "Qualifications Required:" captured required. The "Preferred:" captured. The wage range captured. The discretionary annual incentive captured. Travel 50% captured under Qualifications required (maybe also schedule). We placed travel under Qualifications required but also schedule heading. Might duplicate travel. Better to keep travel only under Schedule heading and not under Qualifications required. But the posting says travel is a requirement. We could keep it under Qualifications required as a bullet, and also mention schedule heading referencing that. Could be okay but duplicates. To avoid duplication, we could move travel to Schedule heading only, and not list under Qualifications required. However the posting lists travel under Qualifications Required. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we omit travel from Qualifications, we lose that detail. So we need to keep it somewhere. We could keep it under Qualifications required bullet and also mention schedule heading referencing that it's about travel. That duplicates but still preserves. Might be okay but could be considered redundant. However instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Duplication may be okay but we could incorporate travel under Schedule heading and not repeat under Qualifications required, but then we lose the explicit statement that it's a requirement. But schedule heading conveys that it's expected travel. That's essentially same info. I'd argue it's not losing detail; we still convey travel expectation. So we can drop travel from Qualifications required list. Let's do that. Thus Qualifications required list: Bachelor's degree, 10+ years health actuarial experience, ASA with progression to FSA, Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. (We could also include "Ability to travel 50%" under Schedule.) Now schedule heading: Expected travel commitment: approximately 50% of time, based on client and project needs. Now we also need to include limited immigration sponsorship maybe under Qualifications required. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any other details: The posting also mentions "Recruiting for this role ends on 9/30/2026." We placed at end. Check for any other specifics: "The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $180,200 to $355,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance." We captured range and incentive. We omitted the sentence about factors not adjusted for geographic differential etc. That's substantive; we should preserve it. So we need to include that sentence in Pay section. Thus Pay section:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and
