About the role
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Psychotherapists to join our growing practice. We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, and we are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities and client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, consultants, and coaches to support client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing consultation, mentorship, and professional development opportunities offered within the practice.
- Offer coaching and mental health counseling services to support clients in building healthy relationships and coping skills.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related mental health field.
- Current, active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent) in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy.
- Demonstrated experience and competence in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma.
- Training or certification in couples therapy and marriage counseling (e.g., Gottman, EFT, or similar approaches).
Qualifications
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to establish therapeutic rapport with diverse client populations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
- Experience providing consultation or mentorship to other clinicians or trainees is a plus.
- Background in coaching or healthy relationships counseling is highly desirable.
Skills
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapy.
- Couples and marital therapy techniques.
- Crisis intervention and risk assessment.
- Time management and ability to manage a caseload effectively.
- Collaborative and team-oriented interpersonal skills.
