Head Youth Pickleball Coach

Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate pickleball training programs for youth.
• Lead and conduct pickleball classes and clinics.
• Mentor and support junior coaches.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Cook up events and competitions aimed at youth engagement.
• Promote pickleball in the community through outreach and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Previous coaching experience, especially with youth sports.
• A strong understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• The ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
• Certification as a pickleball instructor (CPT) is a plus.
• A passion for working with children and promoting healthy physical activity.
