Requirements
- Valid Ohio Certificate/License/Permit in the appropriate area.
- Proper athletic certification (required if hired). Certifications may be submitted with your application or obtained through:
- Coaches' Tool Chest ($49 fee) – covers Fundamentals of Coaching, First Aid for Coaches, Concussion Training, CPR Training, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training. Renewal required yearly.
- Pupil Activity Permit (PAP) through the Ohio Department of Education. Cost varies (typically 3 or 5 years). An OH-ID login is required for access.
- Background check (if hired) through Beavercreek City Schools board office ($47.25 fee; cash, check, or charge). Schedule via the Background Check Calendar.
