About the role
The Head Teller Position in our Farmington Branch is available at Lyons National Bank. We are seeking a confident individual with an enthusiastic personality and passion for providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Accepting deposits for several account types
- Cashing checks within approved authority and operating policy
- Selling various cashier checks, money orders, and certified checks
- Cooking coordination work within the department
- Providing guidance and on-the-job training to Senior Tellers and Tellers
- Assisting the immediate supervisor with administrative tasks to support department operations
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years related experience
Qualifications
- Passion for customer service
- Confidence and enthusiasm
- Ability to perform cash handling duties
Skills
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $26.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. (Range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.)
Schedule
This position is full-time regular, working a 40-hour week on the First Shift (Day).
