General Job Responsibilities
- Handle Teller technical training
- Ensure tellers are updated on policy changes
- Schedule Tellers
- Work with Tellers to resolve problems
- Ensure proper handling of financial transactions
- Monitor and oversee teller financial transactions and balancing
- Ensure security of customer information
- Follow bank protocols for security and adhere to all federal and state laws and requirements in financial reporting
- Serve customers at teller windows inside the bank, at the drive-thru, and on the telephone
- Willingness to be a team player and have a pleasant customer service attitude
Education and Experience
- Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent GED required, some college or post graduate technical training preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of two years’ work experience in an area requiring customer service skills, OR a minimum of one year’s work experience as a bank teller. Education may be substituted for experience.
