Essential Functions
- Provide direct sports performance support for assigned sports.
- Supervision of strength and conditioning staff.
- Schedule sport usage of the sports performance center.
- Manage sports performance and nutrition budgets.
- Coincoperate with Sports Dietitian to assist in implementing nutritional aspects of sports performance.
- Participate in administrative meetings
Education & Experience
- Minimum Qualifications: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in exercise science or related field. Minimum 5 years experience working as a strength and conditioning coach at a college/university. Current certification as a CSCS or SCCC strength coach. Or other recognized certification by the NCAA Current CPR/AED & first aid certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Graduate Degree in exercise science or related field. 5 years experience at an NCAA Division I institution.
