About the role

We partner with families to develop child-focused goals that meet individual needs. We plan, implement, and document a comprehensive child development program suitable for preschoolers. We build positive and supportive relationships with children and families and help coordinate the daily operations of the classroom.

Requirements

• Have a CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred) or related coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education
• Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families preferred
• Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families’ needs
• Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
• Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting

Qualifications
