Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Head Start standards.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support student growth and development.
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid state teaching license or ability to obtain one within six months.
• At least two years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations and special needs students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to social justice.

Pay

Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
