About the role

This Classroom Support role involves ensuring the safety and organization of the classroom, fostering an environment where preschoolers can learn, play, and grow. You will collaborate with teaching staff to support the team's success.

Responsibilities

• Assist with behavior support as needed, following guidelines from the behavior specialist.
• Absorb and implement lesson plans provided by teachers, assisting in classroom activities.
• Prepare materials for daily activities as directed by teachers.
• Eat breakfast, snack, and lunch with children in a structured manner, using mealtimes as learning opportunities.
• Under the direction of the teacher, direct activities such as story time, large group time, and plan-do-review sessions, taking notes as requested.
