Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant maintenance tasks
• Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant maintenance
• Proficient in using maintenance software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Skills

• Proficiency in HVAC systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems
• Experience with industrial machinery
