Responsibilities

  • Fiscal Stewardship & Budget Management: Manage full OpEx and CapEx budgets with a "founder’s mindset." Conduct ground-up reviews of all vendor contracts (cleaning, catering, maintenance, parking, etc.) to ensure every dollar spent contributes directly to employee productivity or long-term asset value.
  • Operational Transformation: Identify opportunities to decrease reliance on external agencies and transition from outsourced services to internally-driven operations.
  • Global Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a global team of 10–15 FTEs and select BPOs. Focus on upskilling the internal team to bring critical expertise back in-house and reduce third-party dependency.
  • Real Estate Strategy & Execution: Act as a strategic partner to JV leadership on physical footprint optimization. Manage the end-to-end real estate lifecycle, including site selection, lease negotiation, and final move-in.
  • Project & Construction Management: Oversee office build-outs and renovations globally. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, under budget, and strictly adhere to brand and quality standards.
  • Workplace Experience: Balance the "art of hospitality" with the "science of operational efficiency," ensuring the physical workspace serves as a catalyst for employee performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification(s): 7+ years of experience in Workplace, Facilities, or Real Estate management. 3+ years of experience in a direct people-management role, with a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Proven experience managing multi-city or global office footprints across diverse regulatory environments. Deep knowledge of commercial leasing structures and end-to-end construction project management. Proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and presenting ROI data to executive stakeholders. Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to distill complex operational data into actionable executive summaries.
  • Preferred Qualification(s): Expert-level experience in "insourcing" services and successfully transitioning from external agency models to high-performing internal teams. Proven ability to lead organizations through office moves, onsite work transitions, or significant cultural and operational shifts in the workplace. Prior experience navigating a rapidly scaling global organization.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128440 - $255360 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
