Head of Validation

About the role

The Head of Validation is responsible for overseeing the validation process within the company, ensuring that all products and services meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating product and service quality through rigorous testing and analysis.
• Maintaining and updating validation protocols and procedures.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Training and mentoring validation team members.
• Ensuring continuous improvement in validation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in validation and quality assurance roles.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in statistical software and tools.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule
