About the Role
The Markets Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY) implements monetary policy, collects market intelligence, and analyzes financial market developments on behalf of the Federal Reserve System, executes lender of last resort operations for depository institutions in the Second District, provides banking and custody services to foreign central banks, and acts as fiscal agent for the U.S. Treasury. You will provide oversight and leadership of the Treasury auction business, including strategically implementing policy as directed by the U.S. Department of Treasury, provide strategic guidance on operations and risk management, and be a key partner with the Markets Group Head on strengthening stakeholder engagement across the Bank, System, U.S. Department of Treasury and Bureau of Fiscal Service. TDF maintains operating locations in New York City and Chicago, Illinois.
