For a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Head of Total Rewards to own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
About the role
You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance a global compensation philosophy that aligns with performance and market competitiveness
- Collaborate with People Operations and Finance to manage annual compensation cycles effectively
- Provide strategic advice to executive leadership on pay decisions in challenging situations
- Create practical guidance for management to ensure consistent compensation decisions
- Prepare and present Board-level compensation materials alongside the CHRO
- Take ownership of sales compensation plan design across roles and segments
- Model and analyze plan economics and quota structures to ensure motivational plans
- Oversee equity program design and administration, ensuring clarity in employee communications
- Evolve a global benefits strategy by partnering with People Operations for compliance and competitiveness
- Leverage data and AI to enhance decision-making processes in rewards
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Total Rewards, specializing in compensation, equity, and benefits
- Proven ability to act as a senior individual contributor, executing strategies independently
- Strong background in sales compensation design for high-growth SaaS or tech companies
- Experience with equity programs and executive compensation in a pre-IPO or scaling environment
- High business judgment with comfort advising senior leaders on complex decisions
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to build and interpret compensation models
- Ability to create structure from ambiguous situations and improve existing systems
- Clear communicator capable of simplifying complex topics for decision-making
- Interest in the impact of AI and data on talent management and rewards
Pay
$150,000 – $200,000 annually
