About the role
Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive surveying and utility mapping services. We specialize in underground surveys, vacuum excavation, geotechnical investigations, topographic surveys, PAS 128 surveys, phase 1 desk studies, desktop utility surveys, environmental impact assessments, ecological surveys, 3D laser scanning, geophysical surveys, CCTV drainage surveys, confined space regulations surveys, building information modeling (BIM), measured building surveyors, 3D CAD building modelling, EV charging station installation surveys, ground penetrating radar structure investigations, digital mapping data, permit to dig services, UAV surveys, mobile GPR surveys, site engineering surveys, GLASS utility plan digitization, district heating network survey, and sustainability support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct underground surveys and utility mapping
- Perform vacuum excavation and geotechnical investigations
- Carry out topographic surveys and PAS 128 surveys
- Prepare phase 1 desk study reports and desktop utility surveys
- Assist with environmental impact assessments and ecological surveys
- Utilize 3D laser scanning, geophysical surveys, CCTV drainage surveys, and confined space regulations surveys
- Support building information modeling (BIM) and measured building surveyors
- Engage in EV charging station installation surveys and site consultancy
- Conduct ground penetrating radar structure investigations and digital mapping data collection
- Manage permit to dig services and UAV surveys
- Provide GLASS utility plan digitization and district heating network surveys
- Offer sustainability and ESG support services
Requirements
Required skills include proficiency in surveying techniques, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in relevant fields such as construction, property development, and environmental consulting is preferred.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications and licenses are beneficial but not mandatory.
Skills
Proficiency in GIS software, knowledge of local building codes and regulations, and experience with project management tools are advantageous.
