What You'll Do
- Shape and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent
- Partner with marketing and communications to deliver consistent messaging across platforms
- Drive recruitment marketing campaigns to reach diverse candidate pools
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design effective strategies for filling roles quickly and efficiently
- Create and oversee a structured onboarding program that ensures new hires feel welcomed and supported
- Launch initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Work closely with HR and leadership to identify opportunities for cultural improvement and implement solutions
- Represent the organization at industry events, universities, and professional networks to expand visibility

Pay
$125,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience
