The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head of Talent, Talent Acquisition Lead, or similar senior recruiting role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
