Player-coach role reporting directly to the CIO with a clear path to Co-CIO within ~12 months. You will own the research agenda end-to-end—signals, backtesting, portfolio construction, and client-facing analytics—in a flat, collaborative, engineering-driven culture.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years in medium-frequency (days to weeks) quantitative equity as a PM or Head of Research.
- Hands-on expertise: has built the stack, not just managed people.
- PhD or MS in a quantitative field.
Pay
$800,000–$1,200,000.
