Responsibilities
- Own procurement for various vehicle hardware components
- Develop supply plans to meet vehicle ramp targets
- Negotiate supplier agreements and terms
- Implement VIN-specific kitting for retrofit vehicles
- Establish comprehensive inventory control and tracking systems
- Manage logistics and supplier delivery performance
- Oversee warranty/RMA processes, including defective part management
- Collaborate with Ops and QA to address hardware issues
- Implement lightweight ERP systems for tracking growth
Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in supply chain or related fields
- Experience with complex hardware BOMs and serialized inventory
- Strong vendor negotiation and supplier management skills
- Proven ability to create kitting, inventory, or asset-control systems from scratch
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong collaboration with engineering, production, and QA teams
