Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a partnerships strategy aligned to product, AI, and go-to-market priorities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities across: AI/LLM platforms and agentic workflows, EHRs and other clinical workflow systems, Data aggregation and content integrations
- Build a balanced portfolio of strategic, commercial, and ecosystem partnerships
- Lead end-to-end partnership deal design including licensing, revenue share, and data rights
- Structure innovative models across embedding, API, and co-development scenarios
- Negotiate complex agreements with senior stakeholders across partner organizations
- Partner with Legal, Product, Security, and Compliance to ensure regulatory alignment
Educational and Experience Requirements
- 10–15+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development in healthcare, data, or enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of structuring and scaling high-value partnerships
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, workflows, and regulatory constraints
- Experience working with AI, platform ecosystems, or data-driven solutions
- Ability to operate across strategy, deal execution, and scaling
Preferred Skills
- Experience in clinical decision support, EHR integrations, or pharmacy systems
- Experience partnering with AI platforms, LLM providers, or automation vendors
- Familiarity with SaaS and data licensing business models
