About the Role

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee our Stock Administration Team, responsible for maintaining our global equity programs. You will partner with Legal, Finance, and Compensation teams to develop and administer key incentive programs for our global employees. This role reports to the Vice President, Legal Affairs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with leadership from EA's Legal, Finance, and People Experience teams about the future design of EA's employee equity-like and cash programs.
  • Contribute to the annual audit process and financial reporting, including SEC reporting, statutory audits, and internal and external audit procedures.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws for tax withholdings on EA's equity awards.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity programs and coordinate with outside partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in equity and equity-like administration.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a focus on coaching, accountability, and growth.
  • Demonstrated experience managing international (program) compliance, including familiarity with U.S. federal and state taxation and international tax laws.
  • Able to manage multiple high-priority projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and successfully produce work within tight timelines.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Equity Edge Online and Shareworks.

Pay

The pay range for this role in California (depending on location, e.g., Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) is $182,600 - $276,300 USD.
