Head of Single-Use Aseptic Processing Solutions
About the role
You will lead the definition and execution of the portfolio strategy for single-use aseptic processing solutions, guiding market analysis, customer engagement, and product lifecycle management. You will own long-range portfolio plans and drive innovation from concept through PDP, ensuring early adoption, maturity, and eventual decline strategies. You will shape product positioning based on customer needs and align GTM approaches with key stakeholders across the organization. You will steer pricing strategy for your portfolio, collaborating with the Pricing Strategy team to maintain competitive and sustainable margins. You will manage P&L for the franchise with full accountability for trade margins and cost optimization. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Strategy, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful results. You will drive business development activities, including partnerships and collaborations, in coordination with the Strategy team and franchise leadership. Additionally, you will participate in leadership team meetings and strategic planning, translating objectives into measurable actions and outcomes. You will foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that empowers a diverse, global team to perform at their best. You will balance strategic thinking with robust operational execution to deliver tangible value for customers and the business. You will travel as needed to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment across international markets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- A proven leader with 7+ years of experience in a professional or managerial role within the biopharma or single-use aseptic domain, adept at building and developing high-performing teams
- A strategic thinker who can translate market insights into actionable portfolio plans and GTM strategies
- An analytics-driven decision-maker who can interpret market data and financial metrics to guide pricing, investments, and resource allocation
- A hands-on executor capable of balancing long-term strategy with practical, timely delivery
- A skilled negotiator and relationship-builder with a track record of successful partnerships and external engagement
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% to advance strategic initiatives and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, 7+ years of experience in a professional or managerial role within the biopharma or single-use aseptic domain, proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, analytics-driven decision-making, hands-on execution, negotiation and relationship-building skills, willingness and ability to travel internationally

Pay
Pay Range for this position: $165,500 - $292,600
Schedule
The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
Location
The position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
