Head of Project Management & Implementation

Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role, reporting into the C-Suite, responsible for owning and elevating the entire implementation function within a growing organization. The mandate is to bring structure, consistency, and a high level of executional discipline to a function that sits directly in front of the client.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of implementation/project managers
• Set the standard for how projects are delivered
• Tightly manage project timelines
• Ensure details are consistently accurate
• Ensure clients feel a strong sense of confidence and control throughout the process

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced customer environments
• Experience in leading Implementation teams
• Ability to manage client expectations
• Managed PMO experience
• Project Management certification
• Demonstrable experience improving processes and standards
