Head of Production, Missiles

Responsibilities

• Own and manage production outcomes such as ramp plans and headcount
• Create and implement strategies to scale production volumes rapidly
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet customer timelines in production
• Partner with engineering for efficient product transitions to production
• Drive products from prototype to full-rate production through robust processes
• Work with supply chain and operations teams to ensure manufacturing excellence
• Manage production resources and priorities effectively

Qualifications

• 10+ years overseeing production of complex electro-mechanical assemblies
• Proven NPI execution for complex hardware products
• Leadership experience of teams of 100+ people
• Ability to lead cross-departmental teams in a matrix environment
• Successful scaling of production operations by 5x
• Mastery of production fundamentals across disciplines
• Experience building complex supply chains in industries like automotive or aerospace

Pay

$291,000 – $350,000 annually
