About the role
TFS is seeking a National Manager, Product Management to drive the vision, development, and success of a technology product. This role serves as the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless execution across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Define and Drive Product Vision: Partner with business to develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning with organizational goals and market opportunities.
- Create and Maintain Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap balancing short-term deliverables with long-term objectives. Own and manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring consistent alignment with business priorities and timely delivery of high-value features.
- Customer-Centric Advocacy: Bridge business and technical teams by translating high-level business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring feasible and aligned product development.
- Backlog Management: Own the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with Tech Program Manager (TPM) and development teams during sprints to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with business, enterprise architecture, software engineering, data engineering, infrastructure, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution of the product strategy. Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders to drive product success.
- Champion Best Practices: Advocate for best practices in software development, cloud-native architecture, and automation, driving improvements across the development ecosystem.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Define and monitor key KPIs to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to iterate, improve product performance, and demonstrate business value, including return on investment (ROI).
- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
- Risk Management and Problem Solving: Anticipate and mitigate risks related to product development, market fit, or technical challenges. Make informed decisions to keep projects on track and aligned with goals.
- Vendor and Partner Relationships: Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery of key platform capabilities and integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in product management, technology implementations, or technical leadership, with a proven track record of delivering successful customer-facing digital products.
- 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on building customer-facing and go-to-market products.
- Strong understanding of Product Development Lifecycle, modern software development practices, cloud-native architecture, and Agile methodologies, with experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of software delivery lifecycle, cloud technologies, and emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders and articulate technical and business concepts across audiences.
- Extended familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and analytics platforms.
- Customer-focused mindset with experience conducting user research and translating insights into product features.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex, mission-critical solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science or software engineering, or MBA.
- Strong financial services background.
- 3+ years of experience building and scaling horizontal platforms or cloud-native applications.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting large-scale, mission-critical cloud solutions for enterprises.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

This role is full-time and based in Plano, TX.
