About the role

The Head of Product Marketing will define and execute the product marketing vision, ensuring strong market positioning, effective sales enablement, and successful go-to-market strategies across key customer segments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product marketing vision, ensuring strong market positioning, effective sales enablement, and successful go-to-market strategies across key customer segments.
  • Develop and own the overall messaging architecture, including company narrative, product positioning, persona-based messaging, and vertical-specific value propositions.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers.
  • Establish and refine ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and jobs-to-be-done frameworks to support go-to-market execution.
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives designed to improve win rates, accelerate deal cycles, and strengthen commercial performance.
  • Build and maintain high-impact enablement assets, including pitch materials, competitive battlecards, objection handling frameworks, and vertical narratives.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and continuous feedback from the field.
  • Develop and manage a competitive intelligence program, monitoring market dynamics, competitor strategies, and category trends.
  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations that influence positioning, product direction, and sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for key industry segments and verticals, ensuring consistent activation across campaigns, content, and commercial motions.
  • Lead product launches and major releases from positioning and planning through execution and market adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product teams on packaging, pricing considerations, and commercial readiness initiatives.
  • Define launch success metrics and continuously optimize future go-to-market strategies based on performance insights.
  • Lead and mentor a lean product marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements

  • An experienced product marketing leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS environments and a proven ability to drive commercial impact through positioning, enablement, and strategic go-to-market initiatives.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS environments, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Deep expertise in developing positioning and messaging strategies from concept through market validation.
  • Proven track record of building sales enablement programs that directly impact pipeline, win rates, and revenue growth.
  • Strong experience designing and executing competitive intelligence programs.
  • Demonstrated success in vertical or segment-based go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience within identity, security, fintech, fraud prevention, trust infrastructure, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to quality and detail.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Able to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, and executive leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in dynamic, growth-stage environments.
