The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Moloco is looking for a Head of Product GTM, AMER to lead our in-market product commercialization efforts across one of our most strategically important regions. This role sits within the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) organization - the team that bridges Moloco's product roadmap and our customers' business outcomes - and will be responsible for turning Moloco Ads' global product strategy into durable, in-market revenue growth in AMER.
Opportunity:
Revenue Growth & Go-to-Market Strategy
- Partner closely with Sales, Growth Data Science, and Regional Strategy + Operations leadership to develop and execute a cohesive plan that unlocks the next stage of revenue growth in the AMER market
- Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage product activation opportunities — translating global Moloco Ads priorities into AMER-specific GTM plays with clear targets, account plans, and success metrics
- Own regional product commercialization outcomes: drive adoption of priority products within the AMER addressable market and ensure Sales is confident pitching, implementing, and realizing revenue from them
- Operate as the connective tissue between global PSO programs and AMER field execution - ensuring that global strategy lands with local context and regional nuance
People Leadership & Team Development
- Manage, mentor, and grow a dedicated AMER PSO team, including a Regional Product Activation Lead (rPAL), Customer Solution Engineer (CSE), and Product Enablement & Scaled Support specialist (PESS)
- Set a clear vision for how the AMER PSO team operates, with defined roles, accountabilities, and cross-functional working rhythms
- Build a high-trust, high-performance team culture that balances operational rigor with creative problem-solving
- Actively develop your team's careers — providing coaching, stretch opportunities, and honest feedback
AMER Product Strategy
- Build a product point of view for the AMER market: which products, for which customer segments, sequenced in what order, and with what level of localization required
- Feed high-signal, well-framed Voice of the Market (VoTM) input into global Product and PSO leadership — quantifying customer needs, representing them as business outcomes, and advocating for their prioritization on the roadmap
- Work with CSE to prototype and validate solutions that address uniquely AMER-market needs ahead of the core roadmap
- Ensure AMER’s product strategy is coherent with and contributes to Moloco Ads' global direction, not a divergent track
Product Success & Customer Outcomes
- Champion best-practice adoption across Moloco's AMER customer base — reducing misconfigurations, improving campaign hygiene, and ensuring customers are using our products in the right way at the right time
- Partner with PESS to build a strong AMER knowledge infrastructure: documentation, playbooks, and scaled support that reduce friction for Sales and customers alike
- Be a trusted, consultative partner to key AMER advertisers and Sales stakeholders — credible on product, commercial, and market dynamics
- 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, solutions consulting, product management, or a related field — ideally in mobile advertising, adtech, or performance marketing
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts and driving measurable revenue impact in a complex, fast-moving environment
- 4+ years of people management experience, with a history of building and developing strong teams
- Deep familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem — including key advertisers, platforms, measurement dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Strong commercial instincts: you can connect product capabilities to customer business outcomes and translate that into crisp, compelling narratives for Sales and customers
- Ability to build robust product knowledge; you’ll serve as the backstop for complex product thinking in region and need to have the chops to make decisive calls
- Equally comfortable with strategy and execution — you can develop the plan and roll up your sleeves to make it happen
- Exceptional communication and influence skills; able to operate effectively with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, and regional leadership
- Analytical and metrics-driven: you use data to prioritize, measure, and course-correct
- Consultative and candid — you give clear, honest perspectives, even when they're hard to hear
- Bias toward impact over abstraction; you care about real customer outcomes, not just beautiful strategies
