Head of Procurement Value Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Procurement Value Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will oversee an enterprise value delivery function that turns procurement strategies into measurable financial outcomes and operating discipline. The role will partner closely with Finance and business stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve transparency, and capture synergies across the organization. It will also build a high-performing team, deepen analytics capabilities, and ensure benefits realization is tracked and translated into actionable initiatives. Location: Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $259,000 – $407,000 annually Responsibilities Lead end-to-end enterprise value delivery for procurement Establish and maintain value delivery methodology and governance framework Act as a strategic partner to Finance and business units to co-own value capture Build and lead a high-performing Value Delivery organization Drive cross-enterprise synergies for value transparency and realization Own comprehensive benefits realization and P&L tracking Build analytics capability to translate insights into actionable initiatives Qualifications 15+ years in biotech/pharma or highly regulated sectors with progressive leadership in procurement Proven track record in value delivery and benefits realization Ability to define and execute large-scale enterprise value frameworks Strong stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills Demonstrated financial acumen and risk management expertise Excellent communication and leadership skills at multiple organizational levels Experience leading diverse teams and developing future leaders Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Short-term and long-term disability coverage Tuition reimbursement program Paid volunteer time off and company holidays Generous sick leave and vacation accrual Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
