Requirements

• 5-10+ years of print or textile design experience in apparel or consumer products
• Extremely strong in curation and taste
• A genuine understanding of trend forecasting
• A sense of humor and appreciation for Shinesty's brand
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a design team
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with licensed collaborations, novelty product, or private label (a plus)
