Responsibilities
Partner with CTO and CPO to shape people strategy and organizational design
Lead and develop a team of People Partners to enhance R&D partnership
Collaborate with People Partner peers to evolve the function and bring enterprise-first mindset
Lead organizational transformations, including succession planning and workforce planning
Coach senior leaders with practical guidance and candid feedback
Support M&A activities with talent assessment and change management
Utilize organizational health metrics to improve effectiveness
Experiment with new approaches to enhance People Partnership in an AI-first company
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive People experience in high-growth tech organizations
Significant experience as a strategic People Partner to senior leaders
Prominent experience in organizational design and large-scale change
Strong experience leading and developing high-performing People teams
Experienced in connecting people strategy to business outcomes
Proven success in supporting mergers and acquisitions
Exceptional executive presence and sound judgment

Pay
$252,000 – $296,000 annually
