This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of People located in Palo Alto, CA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all human resources functions

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
- Experience in fostering positive Employee Relations
- Proven leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience in fast-paced, dynamic industries like technology or AI (highly advantageous)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced degree or certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP (a plus)
