The Purpose of the Role
The Head of People at Nest Health aims to build a culture that supports the organization's mission of providing exceptional, compassionate care to underserved families. This role reports to the COO and oversees the People function, including strategy, budget, team, and execution.

Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive People leadership experience
- Experience in a services-based environment
- Track record of building and scaling People functions
- Deep expertise across talent acquisition, organizational design, total rewards, employee relations, and compliance
- Strong executive presence and influence
- Uncompromising integrity and high emotional intelligence
