- Oversee the recruiting function, ensuring recruiting efforts align with expectations
- Lead talent assessment and succession planning initiatives
- Own the full people operations foundation, including HRIS, immigration, benefits, compliance, and leave management
- Lead, develop, and advocate for the People Team, guiding team members to the best possible and timely outcomes
Requirements
- 15+ years of People leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Head of People or VP-equivalent role
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with C-level executives and senior leaders and influence outcomes
- Experience at a high-growth tech company between Series B and Series D
- Comfort operating in ambiguity without waiting for permission to act
- Experience in a healthcare, health tech, or regulated industry company
- Background supporting engineering or product organizations specifically
- Familiarity with Rippling as HRIS
- Exposure to AI enablement or responsible AI adoption within a People function
- Demonstrated ability to lead across two distinct workforce populations: a technical org and a high-volume or operationally intensive workforce
