Head of Operations, Legal, Compliance & Intellectual Property

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize global LCIP operating models and reporting frameworks
• Establish service delivery models with SLAs and resource allocation strategies
• Execute a comprehensive LCIP technology strategy, including analytics tools and compliance platforms
• Lead deployment of AI and automation in LCIP workflows
• Develop business intelligence capabilities for performance tracking and cost management
• Design information governance frameworks for data compliance and defensibility
• Build global knowledge management systems for consistency in outputs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, data science, engineering adjacent)
• 5+ years of leadership experience in legal operations or compliance functions
• Proven experience in implementing legal technology, AI, and automation solutions at scale
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in global, highly regulated industries, preferably medical devices or healthcare

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
