We are looking for an experienced Operations & Growth Manager to oversee our team, manage daily operations, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and coordinate internal teams and external contractorsManage daily operations, workflows, deadlines, and performanceOversee marketing activities, campaigns, and growth initiativesDevelop and execute strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and platform growthSupport the expansion of our international network of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapistsWork closely with the founder to translate business priorities into measurable resultsImprove operational efficiency, accountability, and team productivity Requirements Requirements 7+ years of experience in operations, business management, or growth leadershipProven experience managing teams and delivering resultsStrong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategies, and customer acquisitionExperience in HealthTech, mental health, digital health, or healthcare platforms preferredCommercial mindset, strong organisational skills, and ability to work independentlyExperience working in startups or scaling digital platforms is highly desirable We are looking for a hands-on operational leader, not solely a marketing specialist.
