Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and educational content for Tonies products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in children's entertainment
• Contribute to the design and development of new Tonies products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, communications, media studies)
• Experience in creating and managing multimedia content for children
• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Passion for children's entertainment and education
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of audio production and editing software

Skills

• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in multiple languages (ideally English and one other language relevant to the target market)
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
