Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the National Sales Office in Dallas
- Develop and execute national sales strategies focused on profitable growth
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and accountability standards across the sales organization
- Own and manage the office P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability growth
- Build strategic relationships with key customers and industry partners
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and executive leadership teams
- Drive a culture of urgency, execution, and customer excellence
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and business reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of freight forwarding or logistics sales experience
- 3+ years of sales leadership or team management experience
- Strong background in time-critical transportation and logistics
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Experience managing budgets, revenue targets, and P&L responsibilities
- Strong understanding of air freight, expedited transportation, and global forwarding solutions
- Proven ability to develop strategic customer relationships and close complex opportunities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale a growing business

- Global Freight Forwarding
- Healthcare, Aerospace, Automotive, or High-Tech Logistics
