About the role

Rune Rune Technologies builds mission-critical software for military logistics and sustainment. The Head of Mission Success leads the deployment of Rune products and oversees all aspects of programmatic execution for the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience serving in the US military; service in logistics or sustainment leadership roles preferred.
• Possess an understanding of software development, and the unique deployment and accreditation aspects of building and operationalizing software within the military.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and senior leadership.
• Ability to lead a cross-disciplinary team, and interface with other teams across Engineering, Product, and Growth.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% to support program objectives and customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Must have an active U.S. secret security clearance.
