Head of M&A, AI Services Roll-Up

Role Overview Seeking a private equity or investment professional to source, underwrite, and close acquisitions for an insurance BPO roll-up. The role involves leveraging deep insurance industry relationships, leading due diligence with an AI transformation perspective, structuring deals, and supporting integration into the platform. You will collaborate closely with applied AI engineers to evaluate automation potential and shape the strategic growth of the roll-up over time. Key Responsibilities Build and manage the acquisition pipeline within insurance BPOs, TPAs, and related services businesses impacted by AI.Identify targets through your network, brokers, and outreach to owners seeking to sell or partner.Lead diligence, underwriting, and valuation with an AI-driven approach.Negotiate, structure, close deals, and support post-acquisition integration.Contribute to the development of the overall roll-up strategy and future platform vision.
