Head of IT

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Dallas, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $209,000 – $312,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Set the IT strategy and roadmap to support corporate systems and personnel
• Recruit and lead a high-performing team of technical IT professionals
• Evolve corporate and business systems for enhanced productivity and ROI
• Collaborate closely with leadership across various functions including Engineering and Finance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible management experience in IT, including multi-site operations
• 10+ years of technical experience in IT and enterprise architecture
• Proven track record in developing innovative IT applications with integration experience
• Hands-on and collaborative approach to cost-effective IT strategy establishment
• Direct experience with Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Google Workspace, or similar tools
• Experience with hyperscaler platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
