Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's objectives
- Own the company's external investment narrative across all communications and disclosures
- Partner with CFO and CEO to prepare materials for earnings calls and investor interactions
- Lead preparation of earnings materials and ensure compliance with SEC regulations
- Serve as a primary contact for institutional investors and analysts, coordinating engagements
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Prepare investor-related materials for Board meetings and advise on market perceptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or investor relations, particularly with public companies
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Experience interacting with institutional investors and sell-side analysts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence

- $205,700 – $307,500 annually
