Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership position
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing investment platforms
- Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
