About the role

A talented, driven, and collaborative individual is needed to join our internal audit function. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

  • Own SOX compliance
  • Manage end-to-end SOX compliance implementation across business processes and IT systems
  • Lead internal control evaluations
  • Test and assess controls across the organization—evaluate their effectiveness, identify gaps and risks, and drive remediation to resolution
  • Drive the annual internal audit plan
  • Develop and own internal audit programs across financial, operational, technology, and compliance areas
  • Deliver findings and remediation recommendations to senior management and the audit committee
  • Shape the internal audit function
  • Contribute to building the function from the ground up
  • Help establish and continuously evolve methodology, governance, and tooling
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships
  • Work closely with external auditors, senior management, and the audit committee
  • Translate findings into clear communications and track the implementation of recommendations through to completion

Pay and Schedule

  • Annual salary range: $204,281 - $411,014 in the US, £151,436 - £250,512 in London, and €107,837 - €240,330 elsewhere in Europe
  • Compensation varies by location and expected impact
  • Grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions
  • May extend beyond usual ranges for exceptional capability

Schedule

  • Permanent, full-time, or fully remote from eligible countries
