About the role
A talented, driven, and collaborative individual is needed to join our internal audit function. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and internal controls.
Responsibilities
- Own SOX compliance
- Manage end-to-end SOX compliance implementation across business processes and IT systems
- Lead internal control evaluations
- Test and assess controls across the organization—evaluate their effectiveness, identify gaps and risks, and drive remediation to resolution
- Drive the annual internal audit plan
- Develop and own internal audit programs across financial, operational, technology, and compliance areas
- Deliver findings and remediation recommendations to senior management and the audit committee
- Shape the internal audit function
- Contribute to building the function from the ground up
- Help establish and continuously evolve methodology, governance, and tooling
- Manage key stakeholder relationships
- Work closely with external auditors, senior management, and the audit committee
- Translate findings into clear communications and track the implementation of recommendations through to completion

Pay and Schedule
- Annual salary range: $204,281 - $411,014 in the US, £151,436 - £250,512 in London, and €107,837 - €240,330 elsewhere in Europe
- Compensation varies by location and expected impact
- Grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions
- May extend beyond usual ranges for exceptional capability
