About the role
The Head of Information Technology will lead the Company's technology strategy, architecture, development, integration, security, and operations to support payment systems and digital financial services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance of mission-critical payment infrastructure.
- Work closely with executive management, regulators, financial institutions, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Provide strategic leadership to the technology function, oversee the complete software development lifecycle, and ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives and regulatory obligations.
- Lead high-performing technology teams, manage complex projects, and deliver secure, scalable, and innovative payment solutions in a highly regulated environment.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in technology leadership, particularly in payment technologies and financial systems.
