Head of Impact

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Impact who is passionate about supporting young people in London to achieve positive outcomes in their lives. You will be motivated to use your experience and skills to train, support and enable the youth work team to better evidence their work, contribute to programme design and quality improvements, and measure progress towards outcomes for young people.

You will be a confident communicator with the skills to make complex information and systems easy and simple for the team to use day to day. You will also have a keen interest in data visualisation and creating dashboards to inform and drive youth work delivery and leadership decision making.

Responsibilities

• Train, support, and enable the youth work team to evidence their work effectively.
• Contribute to programme design and quality improvements.
• Measure and report on progress towards outcomes for young people.
• Simplify complex information and systems for daily team use.
• Develop data visualisation tools and dashboards to inform youth work delivery and leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Passion for supporting young people to achieve positive life outcomes.
• Experience in impact measurement, programme design, or quality improvement.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Interest in data visualisation and dashboard creation.

Pay

£45,000 - £48,000
